Corporate Let Agreements
We take on properties through a corporate lease agreement. We contractually pay our landlords their fixed rent throughout the agreed term. Essentially we are a corporate tenant and sublet properties to young professionals who have their offices in the area. We have a number of partners who we work with to accommodate their staff.
Our Incentives
Our incentive is to provide the best quality service for our landlords and tenants. Our team is hands on, we understand that as we offer guaranteed rent to landlords, it is in our best interest to ensure tenants are well looked after to generate our own revenue.
